Service terms
These terms explain what the service covers, what applicants are responsible for, and what remains under the decision of schools, employers, and destination-country authorities.
Last updated: April 28, 2026. These terms explain our service scope and applicant responsibilities.
TeachReady Abroad provides application preparation support. This includes application guidance, document checklist support, resume/profile review, TeachReady screening calls, interview preparation, employer-introduction support, offer communication support, destination guidance, arrival guidance after acceptance, manual payment review, and online progress tracking. Unless separately stated in writing, TeachReady Abroad is not a school, employer, government agency, immigration office, visa authority, airline, housing provider, or licensed recruitment agency.
Applicants must provide truthful information, clear documents, correct contact details, and timely responses. Applicants must be able to speak and understand English for screening calls, employer interviews, employer communication, and classroom communication. Applicants are responsible for checking that their documents, passport, certifications, and destination requirements are accurate and current.
Applicants may be asked to create a professional Gmail address using their full name so employer communication stays organized and transparent. Applicants should share the email address only and should never share their password.
Eligible applicants who complete the required application steps, payment, documents, screening call, and preparation requirements can receive employer interview coordination support, subject to lawful availability, employer cooperation, destination requirements, and applicant responsiveness. Applicants must pass employer interviews themselves. Interview results, hiring decisions, salary offers, and employment terms are decided by the employer.
If an applicant is accepted by an employer, we can help with travel preparation, ticket booking guidance, accommodation search guidance, destination preparation, and immigration preparation guidance until arrival. We do not guarantee airline prices, housing availability, immigration clearance, visa approval, or work permit approval.
Service fees are paid for application assistance, preparation, processing support, dashboard access, and admin work. Payments are reviewed manually based on uploaded proof. A payment is not confirmed until admin marks it confirmed in the applicant record.
Priority Processing is an optional upgrade for faster review and higher queue placement. It does not guarantee a job offer, interview result, visa approval, work permit approval, travel approval, salary amount, or employment terms.
Fees are for application assistance and processing support. They are not payment for a guaranteed job, guaranteed visa, guaranteed salary, guaranteed immigration clearance, or guaranteed travel outcome.
Schools, employers, embassies, immigration offices, labor offices, and destination-country authorities may change requirements at any time. Applicants should follow official instructions from the relevant authority. We can provide guidance, but we cannot override official rules or guarantee approval.
We may pause or stop support if an applicant submits false documents, hides important information, misses required calls or interviews without notice, abuses staff, shares account access improperly, or uses the service for fraud or misrepresentation.
