Interview terms
TeachReady Abroad provides interview coordination for eligible applicants, while still keeping hiring decisions with schools and employers.
Last updated: April 28, 2026. Interview opportunities are not job offers. Applicants must qualify, prepare, attend, and pass employer interviews themselves.
Eligible applicants who complete the required steps can receive employer interview coordination with schools, employers, hiring representatives, or related teaching opportunity contacts, subject to lawful availability, employer cooperation, destination requirements, and applicant responsiveness.
The applicant must complete the application, confirm payment, provide truthful details, submit required documents, be able to communicate in English, respond on time, complete the TeachReady screening call, and complete interview preparation requirements.
After payment and requirements review, our team may call the applicant for a quick screening conversation before employer introductions. This call helps check English communication, readiness, preferred destination, documents, and interview preparation needs.
We can prepare, guide, and connect applicants to employer interviews, but applicants must pass the employer interview themselves. The outcome depends on the applicant's answers, English communication, confidence, qualifications, readiness, and employer assessment.
A job offer, salary amount, visa approval, work permit approval, travel approval, employer acceptance, immigration clearance, and final employment terms are not guaranteed. Those decisions remain with employers and relevant authorities.
An interview opportunity may include an employer call, school interview, hiring representative interview, online screening with an employer-side contact, or another legitimate interview step connected to a teaching opportunity. Applicants must attend on time and communicate professionally.
If an applicant is accepted by an employer, we can support travel preparation until arrival, including ticket booking guidance, accommodation search guidance, destination preparation, and immigration preparation guidance.
If an applicant is unresponsive, misses scheduled interviews, refuses reasonable preparation, provides false information, or declines available options, interview opportunities may be delayed or considered fulfilled.
Schools and employers may reschedule, cancel, or change interview details. If that happens, admin will update the applicant through the dashboard or contact channels.
