Applicants upload sensitive records, so the website is built around private storage, account-based access, and admin review controls.

We collect applicant details such as name, email, phone number, Facebook profile, preferred country, age, education background, English level, passport status, professional Gmail address, documents, intro video, payment proof, and application updates.
Applicant information is used for application assistance, document review, payment proof review, screening calls, interview preparation, employer-introduction support, offer communication support, destination guidance, arrival support after acceptance, dashboard updates, and applicant communication.
Uploaded documents, videos, and payment proofs are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets. Access is limited to the applicant account and authorized admins through the app.
Relevant applicant information may be shared with schools, employers, hiring representatives, or destination partners when needed for employer introductions, interview scheduling, application review, employment discussion, or destination preparation. We only share information that is reasonably needed for the application process.
Applicants may receive email notifications for timeline updates, payment review updates, document review updates, interview notes, or application progress.
Applicants should never share email, Facebook, or dashboard passwords. Admin may ask for a professional Gmail address, but should not ask for the password.
Applicant records may be kept while the application is active and for a reasonable period afterward for service records, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Applicants may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we are required or allowed to keep.
Applicants may request access to their information, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of consent where applicable, or deletion of records where allowed. Some requests may require identity verification before changes are made.
We use account-based access, private storage, and admin controls to protect records. No website or storage system can guarantee perfect security, so applicants should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information and should keep their login credentials private.
