Refund policy

Refund rules for TeachReady Abroad

This policy keeps payments clear before applicants upload proof. Final refund decisions should be reviewed by admin based on the applicant record and the work already completed.

Last updated: April 28, 2026. Refund requests are reviewed based on payment status and service work already completed.

Manual review first

All payments are reviewed manually from uploaded proof. A rejected proof does not mean the service has started; it usually means the applicant should upload a clearer or corrected proof.

Refunds before service work starts

A refund request may be reviewed if no application review, document guidance, resume/profile review, screening call, interview preparation, employer-introduction activity, dashboard processing, admin review, or other service work has started.

When service work begins

Service work may begin after payment proof is submitted or confirmed, when admin reviews the application, opens the dashboard flow, checks documents, gives guidance, schedules a screening call, prepares the applicant, or starts employer-introduction activity.

After service work begins

Once service work has started, fees are generally non-refundable because the payment covers assistance, review, preparation, employer-introduction support, and admin processing time.

Priority upgrade

Priority Processing Upgrade is generally non-refundable once faster review, queue adjustment, priority processing, or earlier employer-introduction review has started.

Duplicate or incorrect payments

Duplicate payments or clearly incorrect payment amounts can be reviewed. Applicants should contact admin with proof, payment method, date, amount, sender account name, and the applicant account email.

Payment channel fees

If a refund is approved, any transfer fees, payment provider fees, bank fees, or chargeback costs may be deducted where applicable.

Employer decisions

Refunds are not based only on an employer choosing another applicant, a lower salary offer, visa or work permit rules, travel timing, or an applicant changing their mind after service work has begun.
